You’re not alone.

To begin, take a moment and be proud of yourself (if not for yourself, for us). Going sober and staying sober are two of the toughest fights you will ever be up against. You just choosing that fight is something worth taking pride in.

With that said, during this fight it’s tremendously important to know you’re not alone. Loosid doubles as a recovery app. The Sobriety Help feature focuses on helping individuals who have just relapsed, who are struggling to maintain their sobriety or who are just simply curious about how to get sober.

Here’s how we can help.

We have six hotline support groups you can access 24/7: I feel like using, I’m having a bad day, Early recovery advice, Just relapsed, Weekend & holiday support and Help with something else. It’s within these hotlines where the true impact of Loosid’s community can be felt. Our hotlines are run by our community so members who’ve been through the gauntlet can offer advice on-the-spot to those struggling to stay sober.

And, if you need Professional help

Detoxification, or detox, is the process of letting the body remove the drugs in it. The purpose of detox is to safely manage withdrawal symptoms when someone stops taking drugs or alcohol.

An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a form of substance abuse rehabilitation in which people visit a treatment center several days a week for a few hours at a time.

A residential treatment center, sometimes called a rehab, is a live-in health care facility providing therapy for substance abuse, mental illness, or other behavioral problems.

Outpatient rehab is a non-residential, therapy-based type of treatment for addiction.

Sober living houses (SLHs), also called sober homes and sober living environments, are facilities that provide safe housing and supportive, structured living conditions for people exiting drug rehabilitation programs.
